Christmas Training and Awards Presentation
This year our Christmas and new year sessions will be:
- Tuesday the 17th is the last Tuesday session of the year and award presentation
- The next Tuesday session will be the 7th of January 2020
- The Saturday sessions will continue throughout December into the new year.Happy Christmas and thank you for being part of The Friary Judo Club.
Grading Saturday 16th Nov
The next gradings will be held on Saturday 16th November 2019 – please remember to bring your judo licence (it must be in date) and £14 for the grading for juniors and £20 for seniors (no session fee required).

New Black Belt at Friary Judo Club
Many congratulations to Rav Kumar who completed his points recently for his 1st Dan Black Belt. Rav had a medical break from Judo and returned with the target of gaining his black belt. He gained his 100 points required at the recent Midland Area Dan grading and went undefeated on the day, beating all other entrants.
Well done Rav!

We’ve set up a new supplier for the new club hoodies. You are now able to order direct from White Lodge Group in Lichfield.
The hoody we’ve chosen is the JH003 model in New French Navy and Sky Blue. These are available in adults and children’s sizes.
All you have to do is contact White Lodge Group, stating that you want a hoody to the spec above, stating the size/s (make sure you tell them it’s Friary Judo logo!).
